We help identify the root cause of your pain and treat most common musculoskeletal and joint conditions, including pain in the neck, back, shoulders, hips, elbows, knees, and feet.
Our training has shown to be effective at helping resolve everything from headaches to plantar fasciitis. We have shown to be effective at resolving chronic back pain as we are at resolving acute sports/athletic injuries like pulls and strains, as well as repetitive stress/wear and tear injuries like tendonitis, frozen shoulder, and carpal tunnel syndrome.
Our primary goal for your first session is to thoroughly assess and evaluate your condition, identify the root source of your pain, and determine if our training is right for you. Paul will walk you through a detailed explanation of your issues and help you understand all your training options, so you can make an informed decision. If Paul is unable to resolve your condition, he’ll refer you to an appropriate specialist.
Paul evaluates the cause of your injury, without the use of MRIs or X-Rays in most cases. A core component of your first visit involves setting aside adequate time to perform a series of range of motion, orthopedic, and functional tests that allows Paul to very accurately identify the specific cause of your pain. This allows him to deliver a very specific manual training designed to target and quickly eliminate your pain. The reason we’re able to get the remarkable and consistent results we do is because of our emphasis on finding all the components of your injury and delivering a very specific training to the soft tissues. These are the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue throughout the body and around the joints. When our bodies experience repetitive stress or trauma, this tissue is often injured. This leads to pain, numbness, weakness, and restricted range of motion.
Our focus is fixing the connective tissue and manually repairing it to its normal state, either through hands-on training or self-myofascial release for Remote Recovery clients.
By doing so, we are able to very effectively increase strength, function and range of motion, while dramatically decreasing pain and allowing our patients to return to normal activity, whether that means running a marathon, doing CrossFit, gardening, playing with the kids, or simply being more productive and pain free at work.
