Coach Paul is the best there is, when I met him, I wasn't just super overweight and weak physically but rather I had grown extremely weak mentally as well. However, when I started training with him, I could feel myself getting stronger physically and mentally day by day and that's because he works with the body and mind. Almost four months later I had gone from 360 lbs to 280 lbs while gaining lots of muscles and losing body fat. He also helped me to recover from a nerve pinch in my neck that been bothering me for over 3 years. My experience with him showed me that he's the person who will go the extra ile to help you achieve your goals physically and mentally. I am a better athlete now because of him.
