Who is Paul Moran
Paul Moran is a renowned fitness professional and personal trainer. He was immersed in the world of fitness by his mother, an accomplished athlete and Golden Glove boxer who taught him the importance of fitness and a healthy lifestyle at a very young age.
His passion for pursuing a lifestyle in fitness was fueled by his first taste of martial arts at the age of 10, while he continued to excel in his other athletics. It was that same passion, along with his desire to help people achieve their goals, that inspired him to obtain his training certification and begin working with athletes, professional MMA fighters, and many other people who were ready to improve their lifestyle.
Paul believes in working closely with his clients to transform their health and their lives for the better. Offering clients exciting personal training and group training, sports training, and injury recovery training.

Personal Commitment
Paul's success of over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry has been mostly in part due to his attitude to tackle personal training and nutrition with every bit of energy he has.
He believes being a professional trainer has improved not only himself as a person but also has made him better at consolidation skills and advanced planning of client programs such as exercises and nutrition that will complement each other in eliciting faster results both for muscle gain, fat loss, and endurance.
“I attempt to perform the task of a coach with maximum efficiency. Communication skills in personal training are one of, if not the most important abilities you have to learn. Proper communication will constantly bring about great interaction between the client and me. Being able to convey what we’re trying to accomplish, whether it be mind-muscle connection, speed of rep, or angle, helps give a mental image and vision of what we’re trying to accomplish.”
